The following images are scanned pages of the estimates from Ray St. Clair Roofing.  Please note that there are two separate estimates.  One is to replace the roof and gutters.  The other is to replace the vinyl siding only.  These estimates were obtained to get a quote on what it would cost to fix the problems discovered by Alex Lockstead and Robert Becker.
