The following images are scanned pages of the estimates from Hicon, Inc.  Please note that the first estimate was obtained on April 15, 2005.  We contacted Hicon, Inc. to review their estimate and requote based on the findings from Alex Lockstead and Robert Becker.  The second quote obtained on May 19, 2005 was a requote to fix all the problems discovered.
