If you have read the reports from Alex Lockstead and Robert Becker, you already know that we have more problems with the house than no brick flashing which is allowing water to get into our basement. Other problems include:
- our roof and vinyl siding being installed improperly
- the concrete in our driveway has started eroding
- roof flashing has separated from the exterior brick
- our windows are pulling away from the wall allowing drafts to come through the cracks
- due to water getting into the house, we have encountered water stains around the windows
- stairstep cracks in the outside brick mortar and bricks
