In 2006, we were informed by our attorney, Courtney Caparella, that she had been contacted by James (Jim) McNair, a staff writer for The Cincinnati Enquirer newspaper.  He stated that he was doing research for an article and came across our court case filing and wanted to speak with us about our problems with  Meyer Douglas Homes.  A meeting was set up between Jim McNair, our attorney Courtney Caparella, Constance Smith, Brian Oswald and Angela Oswald.  Jim stated that he would get back with us.  We were later contacted by Jim who stated that he wanted to make our story the focus of an article he was going to do.  He had a photographer come out and take our picture and on November 12, 2006, the story ran in The Cincinnati Enquirer along with some supporting articles.  On July 28, 2007, Jim McNair ran a follow-up article regarding arbitration.  These articles can be viewed by clicking on "see related images" above.
